At our next meeting in April we are asking for a volunteer to be in charge of the Alexandra Rose Day collection in June preferrably but it does not have to be in June. Also someone else to offer to organise the sale of Alexandra Rose charity raffle tickets, drawn in November. We keep 90% of the money raised with 10% going to the Alexandra Rose Charity for administration. They contact the council to book the event, get the licence for that or any other collection days we ask for, provide boxes, roses and stickers to give out. It needs a co-ordinator other than Janet. Please ring 0845 8997108 if you can offer to do this.

Please remember raffle prizes and start collecting bottles, tins and jars for the tombolas in July and September.
